Shipping & Handling:

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of when you place your order. (Estimated delivery times below are from the time order is completed).   If you would like your order RUSHED, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Standard (3-5 business days) anywhere in the United States via USPS parcel post, rates based on package weight.
Priority (2-3 business days) add $5.00 to standard rate
Express Mail (next day delivery) Add $12.00 to standard rate; Hawaii and Alaska (2nd day delivery) add $15.00.  Canada orders add $15.00.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it (unused, unwashed and undamaged) within 30 days for an exchange or refund to your credit card. Returns made after 30 days will be eligible for a store credit.  Please find our return address on your invoice or call or email us for immediate assistance.
